When I say the word “TRAVEL”, I experience the range of emotions it brings with it, that is excitement, eagerness, enjoyment and memories that travel brings. Travelling has become an incredibly vital part of my life. It is a way to break my monotonous routine, it provides a gateway for refreshments. Travelling could differ from person to person, as for some it’s an opportunity to try and taste new things, whereas an opportunity to get out of their comfort zone for others.

Travelling gives an opportunity to explore, it is one of the best ways to engage with new people, get to know about their culture, food, languages, beliefs & many more. It provides me a chance to share & create meaningful and memorable experiences. Traveling also helps me to develop my personality, communication skills, verbally or nonverbally. Travel also prepares me to deal with any kind of situation. It helps in building confidence and makes me aware of the things happening around the world.

I believe that travel is one of the best teachers that teaches me to live my life and learn various things from it.  It teaches me to be comfortable and survive in various terrains around the world. Also makes me realize that happiness comes from freedom and materialistic possession means nothing. It changes perspectives about various topics and gives clarity to mind.

Travelling helps in making me a good observer of my surroundings as I begin to see how people do things differently. It also improves my  knowledge about society, geography, history, languages, traditions and different cuisine. Travel also assists me connect to many new people, create relations, new bonds and experience many life changing lessons.

Why travel is important to me because the relaxation and fun it brings during travel rejuvenates me for taking up my day to day routine. It is a stress-buster, a chance to re-discover myself. Indulging in some leisure and activities that I love to do really takes me back to my younger days. At the end of the day travel makes me a great storyteller.
